BELLE VUE CHARITY BANGER RACE 7TH OCTOBER 2002 Rob used a Toyota MR2 that had just come into the yard the day he agreed to do the race. It turned out to be an inspired choice, as he easily won the F1 drivers race beating amongst other John Lund, Andy Smith & Mark Gilbank. He nearly won the banger final that went to his brother. The final carried on into the DD, and with a show of brilliant driving he won despite the car being on fire. |
